Meet Our Volunteers 

Youth Pathways is indebted to our Program Liaisons and Guest Speakers for their dedication and commitment to improving the educational experience of the students they mentor.  Volunteering with Youth Pathways is not only an investment in young people and our community, but it is also a personally rewarding experience. 

Here is a testimonial from one of our valued Program Liaison volunteers about his experience with Youth Pathways: 

"On the first day of classes, when I told the twenty-four eighth graders at Ojeda Middle School in the Del Valle ISD, that I expected all of them to graduate from high school, several of them shook their heads no.  My response was that by the end of the year, my goal was to change their minds.  What a powerful goal to pursue.  I'm also learning a lot from the students and gaining a great appreciation for eighth grade teachers."
