Volunteer Opportunities
Youth Pathways Program Liaison
Youth Pathways Program Liaisons are volunteers who conduct weekly classroom sessions for students in the program. Program Liaisons may present materials from our professionally-developed curriculum, facilitate presentations by guest speakers, or conduct program-related field trips. Program Liaisons are also responsible for dealing with school counselors and administration. This voluteer position requires a substantial investment of time and effort and offers the satisfaction of witnessing the growth and development of "at risk" youth. Please contact us if you are interested in becoming a Youth Pathways Program Liaison.
Guest Speaker
Guest Speakers act as practical guides for students seeking their life-work. Speakers explain the nature of the work they perform, including financial and personal rewards. They also explain any licensing and regulatory requirements of the work, as well as educational requirements and how such education may be secured. Please contact us if you are interested in becoming a Youth Pathways Guest Speaker.
